Der Mieter ist berechtigt, die folgenden Geräte / Einrichtung während der Mietzeit verwenden:
Waschmaschine, Geräte, Klimaanlage, TV, Internet, DVD + CD Der Mieter erhält 1 Haus / Wohnungsschlüssel für die Dauer der Mietzeit der Wohnung in Sliema
Am Abreisetag ist die Ferienwohnung Sliema bis 12.00 Uhr Uhr zu verlassen. Die Kosten für die Endreinigung und Strom (nur Klimaanlage), Telefon und Heizung wird über den Verbrauch abgerechnet und wird von der Kaution abgezogen. Der Betrag wird durch die folgenden zahlen: Der Mieter muss eine Anzahlung von mindestens 30% des Mietpreises innerhalb von 5 Tagen nach der Buchung anweisen. Der Restbetrag ist auf das gleiche Konto zu zahlen, mindestens 14 Tage vor Anreise. Ist die Dauer zwischen dem Zeitpunkt der Mietdauer von weniger als 30 Tagen, dann ist der gesamte Betrag sofort anzuweisen.
